Tracy Austin
Founder and Headteacher - Phileas Fox Nursery School / Academy Nursery School
Tracy has over 30 years of experience as an Early Years educator. She worked in various settings across the UK- both state and private, and has a vast experience collaborating with different stakeholders. Her family has owned a successful chain of nurseries in the Southwest of England, and she assumed the management position of the group. She also has extensive experience of teaching outside of the UK, in places such as UAE and Russia, and is attuned to parents from different background. For the last 15 years, Tracy held leadership roles at the settings. She was a Founding Headmistress at Phileas Fox Multilingual Nursery School in London, which became one of the top London nurseries under her guidance, and currently she owns and manages a small group of nurseries- Academy Nurseries in Bristol area. Tracy has a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Studies.
