Annie's career to date has included significant roles with the UK Government where she reformed education delivery across England and managed high-value projects, such as the establishment of 64 new schools. Early Years is her passion, having spent a good deal of her 23 years in education working with the Early Years. More recently she was responsible for delivering an innovative, world-first  leadership programme embedded at a prestigious school in Saudi Arabia. She has extensive expertise in capability planning with qualifications in Programme, Project and Commercial Management, and Leadership. Based in Riyadh with her husband and young son, Annie volunteers for the British Embassy there and is a keen desert camper, taking every opportunity to explore the region.
