Please note that as GESS Conferences are free of charge for attendees the organisers are unable to cover any speaker costs including travel, hotel or expenses.

All presentations/workshops must be your own work. If you have a criminal record we will be unable to accept your application.

If you are successful, you will be sent a registration form with compulsory information that is required before you can speak at GESS Saudi Arabia 2026. Please note all speakers must complete this form.

Upon acceptance of your talk, you will be expected to provide as well as Power Point presentation the week prior to the event a PDF copy of your talk for circulation purposes and for CPD verification.
