Dr. Heba Sabry Al-Sharif
Academic Manager - Alhussan Model International School
Dr. Heba Sabry is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in academic management, school transformation, and strategic leadership across major international school networks in Saudi Arabia. She previously served as the General Academic Supervisor for five campuses within the Al Mutaqadimah Schools Corporation, where she led system-wide improvement initiatives, strengthened instructional practices, and coordinated academic standards across all grade levels.
She currently serves as the Academic Director for Al Hussan Model International School – SABIC Branch (Girls Section), overseeing academic operations, curriculum development, staff performance, and student achievement. Her leadership focuses on building strong professional teams, enhancing instructional quality, and ensuring alignment with national and international frameworks.
Dr. Heba is a certified Cambridge Educational Leadership practitioner and a Cognia-trained Systems and STEM Reviewer, holding the official Cognia Team Member Certification (2022–2027). She is also an active speaker at national and international educational events, with a focus on experiential learning, STEAM innovation, and leadership development aligned with Vision 2030.
Her leadership philosophy centers on integrity, collective responsibility, and continuous improvement to create meaningful and equitable learning experiences for all students.
