x

I am Dr. Reham Elshamy, an educational leader and international speaker, regularly presenting at educational conferences. I'm the Head of Secondary at Beech Hall School Riyadh. I bring extensive experience in curriculum leadership, academic strategy, and whole school improvement within international education contexts. My work is driven by a strong belief that education must intentionally evolve to prepare students not only for academic success, but for the complex and rapidly changing world they will enter.

I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a Master’s degree in International Education from the University of Sunderland, and I am currently undertaking the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). My professional journey reflects a commitment to reflective practice, research informed leadership, and sustainable school improvement, with a strong focus on translating vision into meaningful classroom impact.

As Head of Secondary, I lead academic strategy, overseeing curriculum coherence, professional development, and quality assurance. I work closely with senior and middle leaders to ensure that curriculum intent is clearly articulated and consistently implemented. My leadership focuses on aligning strategic priorities with day to day teaching and learning.

My key areas of focus include competency-based education, AI in education, and innovation, exploring how schools can develop transferable skills and future ready learners.
