My name is Yahya Alshehri, an associate professor at the Administration & Educational Planning department at the University of Tbajuk. I am the director of Measurement & Evaluation Center. I have published a number articles in various topics in higher education. I have been members in a number of high stance committee in the University of Tabuk, internal review and accreditation committee, strategic planning committee, educational continuous improvement committee, and university exit exam committee, just to name a few. I have also received research funds to carry out a number of research development projects.

Aligning Academic Programs at the University of Tabuk with Labor Market Requirements: An Applied and Predictive Study

This study evaluates the alignment of academic programs at the University of Tabuk with labor market requirements by linking internal academic performance indicators—cumulative GPA and mock examinations—with results from the National Readiness Test supervised by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission. Through multiple hierarchical regression analyses, the research examines the systematic approach utilised by the university for improving academic program outcomes and producing qualified graduates who meet contemporary workforce demands.
