Sara Abdelmoniem
Head of MOE - Cambridge International Private School - GEMS
Sara Abdel Moneim is the Head of MOE Subjects at GEMS Cambridge School, Sharjah. She has more than 16 years of teaching experience, driven by strong passion and commitment to developing the teaching of Arabic Language, Islamic Education, and Social Studies in the school.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, specializing in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, in addition to a Diploma in Educational Leadership from the American University in Cairo. Throughout her career, she has worked as an Arabic language teacher for native and non-native speakers, and as an Islamic Education teacher in several leading schools in the UAE. She has also delivered and facilitated many training courses at Arabic language and linguistics conferences.
She is known for using innovative and constructive teaching strategies. She consistently works to instill a love of the Arabic language in students, strengthen their sense of identity, and promote values of personal integrity.
In addition to her educational background, she is a certified life coach. She strongly believes in continuous learning and ongoing self-development.
