Vice Principal at Misk Schools, Aqeel leads the design and implementation of whole-school co-curricular and enrichment systems focused on developing leadership, resilience, purpose, and applied learning. His work centers on how schools intentionally translate national ambition into everyday practice, ensuring that youth capability development is coherent, scalable, and culturally grounded.

He has worked across a wide range of UK education contexts, including state, academy, grammar, independent, and higher education, and has previously served as a trustee at an inner London school. Alongside his experience in Saudi Arabia, he brings a system-level perspective shaped by governance, implementation, and cross-context practice. He holds an MBA from UCL, has completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is a published author. His current focus is on strengthening the alignment between internal school capability development and national youth initiatives, contributing practical insight into how young people are prepared over time to represent their communities and the Kingdom with confidence, values, and professionalism.

While Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 places youth at the center of national transformation through initiatives like Project 10, the leadership, resilience, purpose, and professional conduct required for these platforms must be developed gradually through intentionally designed school experiences. The session examines why participation alone is insufficient and demonstrates how shared frameworks create coherence and consistency in youth development outcomes. Learn how to:
