As a certified operations and grants management specialist with over a decade of experience across international development, I lead high-impact education and empowerment programs that transform lives in crisis-affected regions.
At Education Above All (EAA), I design, manage, and monitor multi-million dollar scholarship and vocational projects in collaboration with partners like UN Agencies, Top Ranked Universities, Governments, Qatar Fund For Development and Development Bank ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.
My focus lies in delivering scalable solutions in grants management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. I thrive on navigating complex operational landscapes, from frontline humanitarian response to long-term sustainability planning.
I'm passionate about elevating voices from the margins especially youth, refugees, and women and translating vision into impact through strong systems, meaningful partnerships, and strategic advocacy.
My background as Grants management and my Certified International Operation Management Professional (CIOMP)® certification provide a strong foundation for financial strategy, risk management, and internal controls. I am passionate about applying these skills to support impactful programs in diverse and challenging environments, from conflict zones to underdeveloped communities.
