She holds a PhD in Education and specializes in curriculum design, engaging learning environments, teacher coaching, and professional development. As a Grade-Level Lead and Domain Leader for Engaging Learning Environments at Global Bilingual Academy (Kuwait), she leads instructional alignment, strengthens student outcomes, and designs high-impact professional development workshops. Her work emphasizes balancing academic consistency with students’ emotional and social well-being, while empowering teachers through practical, research-informed strategies that enhance engagement, critical thinking, and learning outcomes.
