Session Summary:
practical, school-wide approach that empowers teachers and leaders to run small, controlled classroom experiments, gather real-time feedback, and make informed decisions based on evidence from their own environment. • Master techniques for collecting real-time feedback from students and teachers, analysing results effectively, and iterating based on evidence to continuously refine teaching practices and school-wide approaches
• Discover how school leaders can support, monitor, and scale effective practices across departments without overwhelming staff, creating experimental frameworks that can be immediately applied and sustained over time
