Maisa Almatrafi is an early childhood educator and mental health counselor with over a decade of experience working with young children, families, and educators. Her work integrates child-led, open-ended, inquiry-based learning with a strong emphasis on psychological safety, agency, and autonomy in the early years.

She is particularly interested in how early childhood environments shape independent thinking, emotional wellbeing, and lifelong learning dispositions.
