Clemmie Stewart

Clemmie has enjoyed over 15 years in the education sector, having taught, led and supported in a variety of settings including state, independent, academy schools and internationally. Clemmie has held roles such as Head of School, and Senior Head of Prep Schools, Executive Principal and Director of Learning and Teaching.

Clemmie was proud to set up and lead the first fully inclusive school in Riyadh, offering a holistic and innovative curriculum, enabling children to reach and unleash their potential. She is now working with SEN specialists looking to operate in Saudi Arabia, whilst also supporting schools with self-evaluation and development. She also works with Team Teach to embed positive behaviour support and inclusion across a variety of schools in the Kingdom. 

In addition to this, she has delivered a TEDx talk on ‘snowplough parenting’, has co-hosted an educational podcast with Dr Emma Kell, and completed her Masters in Educational Leadership, alongside a Level 7 Apprenticeship. She has also written a book with Emma, looking at how educators can build effective and positive relationships with parents and carers. She has also been listed as one of Business Women in Education’s Women to Watch list, in the Trailblazer category and won at GESS award in 2025 in the inclusion initiative category.
