Rachaa Ajami

I am an experienced educational leader and Program Coordinator with a strong background in Science education, curriculum development, and teacher professional learning. Since 2020, I have led and supported professional development in inquiry-based learning, Project-Based Learning, the 5E instructional model, differentiation, and concept-driven curriculum design. I have worked closely with teachers, subject leaders, and middle leaders to strengthen instructional practice, curriculum alignment, and student-centered learning.
My experience includes designing and facilitating professional learning, coaching teachers, developing curriculum and assessment systems, and supporting school-wide educational initiatives. I am particularly passionate about helping educators move beyond content coverage toward deeper conceptual understanding, critical thinking, student agency, and the transfer of learning to authentic contexts.
I am committed to building sustainable professional learning cultures where teachers collaborate, reflect on their practice, and continuously improve. As an emerging leader in Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction, I hope to expand my impact by supporting educators and schools in creating meaningful, inquiry-driven learning experiences that prepare students to become independent and lifelong learners.
