Maha Eid is the Education, Quality and Compliance Director. She joined Blossom with more than 22 years of experience in Early Years education, teaching, leadership, and nursery management. Over the course of her career, Ms. Eid has worked with several well-established and reputable schools and nurseries in Dubai. She has also managed nurseries for more than 27 years, leading teams and delivering innovative, high-quality, and structured Early Years curricula.

Maha holds several distinguished qualifications, including a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies, CACHE Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Montessori Teaching Certification, Educational Studies qualifications, and the Leadership for Childcare Professionals certificate in affiliation with the Ministry of Social Affairs.
Maha believes that strong leadership, open communication, and meaningful partnerships are essential to creating positive outcomes for children. She is committed to supporting families, empowering educators, and fostering collaborative relationships that ensure every child receives the highest quality care and education.

Her aim is to provide a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports each child's development, wellbeing, and lifelong love of learning.
