Jane Eagle
Inclusion Manager - Crimson Global Academy
With 27 years of experience in inclusive education, I have worked across all phases of schooling, from early years to post-16, within UK and US curricula, across the UK and the Middle East. My career spans classroom practice, senior leadership, and strategic inclusion roles, supporting schools to embed inclusive, future-ready approaches that improve outcomes for all learners.
My work is grounded in a strong commitment to neurodiversity, wellbeing and equitable access to education. I specialise in supporting schools to design neurodiverse-affirming classrooms where inclusive practice is embedded into high-quality teaching, rather than reliant on individualised support alone. This includes translating evidence-based research into practical classroom strategies, developing teacher confidence and capability, and strengthening whole-school culture and systems.
I have extensive experience supporting students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, social, emotional and mental health needs, and complex learning profiles. Central to my approach is empowering educators and leaders through professional learning, coaching and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring inclusion is sustainable, scalable and aligned with school improvement priorities.

The Neurodiverse Classroom
Session Summary:
This session explores how schools and teachers can create neurodiverse-affirming classrooms where all learners access learning, feel valued, and thrive. Grounded in 27 years of experience across UK and US curricula in the UK and Middle East, the presentation reframes neurodiversity as a strength and core consideration of high-quality teaching, rather than an add-on or intervention. Through real-world examples and actionable guidance, this talk empowers educators to move from awareness to implementation, embedding inclusive practice into everyday classroom routines and whole-school culture. Join this session to:
Gain practical insights into how ADHD, autism, and dyslexia present in classrooms and learn to recognise diverse learning needs as strengths rather than deficits
Master small, intentional changes to environment, teaching strategies, and expectations that remove barriers and benefit all students' wellbeing, engagement, and academic success
Develop actionable approaches for transforming classroom routines and whole-school culture to create genuinely accessible, flexible, and inclusive learning environments for every learner
