Soha Kamel is an experienced educational leader with more than 16 years of professional experience in the field of education, including 11 years in Riyadh schools serving as both a Science Teacher and Head of Department (HOD). She currently holds the position of Head of Science Department and serves as the MAP Test Leader, where she oversees assessment implementation, data analysis, and academic improvement strategies.
In addition, she is the coordinator of the Gifted Students Program (Mawhiba), leading initiatives to identify, nurture, and support gifted and talented learners through enrichment programs, competitions, and advanced academic opportunities. Her role involves close collaboration with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with national and international standards.
Throughout her career, Soha has worked across Riyadh and other schools, demonstrating strong leadership, instructional expertise, and a commitment to educational excellence. She is recognized for her contributions to teacher development, assessment leadership, and gifted education, as well as her ability to lead academic programs that enhance student achievement and innovation.
