Dr. Samir Benmakhlouf
Founder, London Academy
Dr. Samir Benmakhlouf is the founder of London Academy, a leading British smart school with 3 campuses in Casablanca and Rabat. He began his career in the U.S. in industrial IT consulting and academia before joining Microsoft in 1998, rising to Country General Manager in Algeria, Bahrain, and Morocco, and later leading Microsoft's global Connectivity Solutions initiative. He earned the Microsoft CEO Award twice and drove major e-government, e-banking, and education technology programs, including the inclusion of Tifinagh script in Windows 8. An entrepreneur, he brought CENTURY 21 to Morocco and launched Arsenal Soccer School in Casablanca. He served on the CGEM Ethics Commission, and Vice President of the Morocco American Chamber of Commerce, and on the APEBI board. Dr. Benmakhlouf holds a Ph.D. in Textile Technology and Management from North Carolina State University, and a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Through collaborative discussion and practical application, this session empowers educators to develop comprehensive inclusion strategies that go beyond accommodation to create truly accessible learning experiences that celebrate neurodiversity and support all students in reaching their full potential.
