Fathima Nahan
Psychology Specialist, Ruya Schools, Dahran
Fathima Nahan is a Psychology Specialist with a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and experience spanning psychological support, school wellbeing, counseling, SEL, and mental health program development. Her work sits at the intersection of psychology and the real, often messy, human situations that happen beyond the textbook.
She has worked across individual therapeutic support, psychological consultation, staff wellbeing, student support, and the development of counseling and wellbeing programs within educational settings. A significant part of her work involves translating psychological knowledge into practical systems that people can actually use: from building counseling departments and designing SEL programs to facilitating workshops around emotional wellbeing, resilience, and stress management.
