Inclusion/Dyslexia Specialist - Gems American Academy
Fati Siddique is a Dyslexia and Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Specialist, Advocate, and Exam Access Arrangements Assessor working across the UAE and Ghana and currently completing her Level 7 Dyslexia Assessor certification. Fati works with learners, families, and educators to identify barriers to learning and advocate for strengths-based, inclusive support for students with additional learning needs, particularly dyslexia and dyscalculia.
Driven by compassion and a deep understanding of neurodiversity, through her work with schools and communities, Fati promotes inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming practices that improve access and outcomes for learners with diverse needs. She believes that every child can learn with the right support.
