I am the Head of MoE Subjects with over twenty years of experience in education and a strong background in school leadership across primary and whole-school contexts. My role focuses on strategic planning, curriculum leadership, quality assurance, and ensuring full compliance with Ministry and regulatory requirements, while consistently striving to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I am an experienced teacher trainer and middle leadership coach, designing and delivering practical, research-informed professional development that supports capacity building and sustainable school improvement. I work closely with teachers and emerging leaders to strengthen instructional practice, reflective thinking, and effective leadership skills.
I am also a researcher in metacognition, with a particular interest in self-regulation, goal-setting, and reflective learning strategies. I am deeply interested in data analysis and the effective use of data to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes. I strongly believe in data-informed leadership, continuous professional growth, and building collaborative learning cultures that lead to meaningful and lasting impact.
