I am an experienced education professional and instructional leader with over 16 years of teaching and leadership experience across elementary and primary education. Currently serving as Acting Academic Vice Principal for Grades 1–2 and Head of Department for English at Riyadh Schools Hitten, she plays a key role in driving academic excellence, teacher development, and school-wide improvement initiatives.
I am known for my strong background in curriculum design, assessment systems, and data-informed instruction, using tools such as MAP and formative tracking to support student growth and targeted interventions. I work closely with teachers and senior leadership teams to strengthen classroom practice through coaching, professional development, and structured mentoring systems, ensuring consistency and high standards across phases.
I am deeply committed to building positive learning cultures rooted in inclusion, wellbeing, and strong relationships. My leadership approach is shaped by her continued connection to the classroom, allowing her to balance strategic planning with practical, real-world application.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Educational Leadership, with a focus on transformational and instructional leadership, school improvement frameworks, and reflective practice. I am passionate about empowering educators, supporting student success, and contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of high-performing schools.
