Sharouq AlMatrouk
Elementary Homeroom Teacher - American Creativity Academy
I am a Grade 5 teacher at American Creativity Academy in Kuwait, where I teach across core subjects with a strong focus on inquiry-based learning, student engagement, and data-informed instruction. In my classroom, I integrate educational technology, assessment tools, and AI-supported platforms to enhance learning while keeping student well-being, accessibility, and inclusivity at the center of my practice.
I am actively involved in professional development, curriculum design, and collaborative school initiatives, and I enjoy sharing practical, classroom-tested strategies related to flipped learning, gamification, and sustainable teaching practices. I am particularly interested in how emerging technologies can be used thoughtfully to support meaningful learning rather than overwhelm teachers or students.
I am passionate about bridging innovation with real classroom needs and believe that effective educational change happens when pedagogy, technology, and human connection work together.
