With over a decade of experience, Dirk specializes in creating and leading high-impact programs that promote leadership, teamwork, resilience, and personal growth in young people.Originally from the UK and now based in the Middle East, Dirk brings an energetic and thoughtful approach to outdoor education. He designs and facilitates a wide range of programs—from immersive camping experiences to challenge-based team events—all tailored to meet the specific developmental needs of students. His work consistently blends adventure with purposeful reflection, helping young people connect learning with real-world application. Dirk is known for his calm, grounded leadership style and his ability to create environments where students feel supported, empowered, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.
