I am Mrs. Dima Nahouli, a seasoned education professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including elementary, middle, and high school science teacher, Head of Science, teacher trainer, academic controller, university counselor, and assistant principal. My extensive work experience in diverse positions has provided me with a deep understanding of both teaching and educational management.
I hold a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Analytical Chemistry. I have obtained teacher trainer certification from the British Council in both the UK and Lebanon. During my time as a teacher and teacher trainer, I have successfully implemented effective teaching strategies, such as active learning strategies, differentiated instruction, student-centered classrooms, flipped classrooms, project-based learning, multiple intelligence integration, and effective classroom management techniques.
In addition to my teaching and leadership roles, I have a certificated school review evaluator for international schools. My passion lies in promoting a culture of student-centered learning, where the success of each and every student is the primary focus. I constantly strive to create an environment that nurtures and supports students' individual growth and achievement.
