Iwan is the International Development Director, bringing extensive experience in global education. A qualified teacher, Iwan has held senior leadership roles in Abu Dhabi and worked on international school projects across the globe. At Bedford, he leads the school’s international strategy—developing partnerships, shaping governance structures, and overseeing global initiatives from planning through to launch. A key project under his leadership is the establishment of Bedford School Mohali, India’s first British-branded international girls’ school, set to open in April 2026 in partnership with Doon International Education Society. Iwan’s international outlook, strategic mindset, and deep commitment to Bedford’s values are central to the school’s mission to cultivate globally minded leaders and expand access through sustainable development and scholarship opportunities.
