Mai is an accomplished educational leader with over 16 years of experience in education, spanning teaching, English supervision, and academic leadership. She currently serves as an English Academic Supervisor at Al Motaqadinah International Schools Company (MSC), where she plays a key role in enhancing instructional quality and driving academic excellence within the American curriculum framework across more than 20 schools.

Mai holds a Diploma in Education, along with multiple certifications in Human Resources Management and Education. She is also a member of the Cognia accreditation team. She has extensive expertise in developing and implementing national standards within the CCSS framework, particularly in aligning teaching and assessment practices with NAFS and ETEC requirements. Her work focuses on ensuring high-quality learning outcomes through effective curriculum alignment and data-driven instruction.

As a dedicated teacher trainer, Mai leads professional development initiatives aimed at empowering educators with modern instructional strategies, strengthening assessment literacy, and promoting best practices in student-centered learning. She is passionate about building teacher capacity and supporting schools in achieving sustainable improvement and accreditation success.
