I am an educational leader with over 20 years of experience in international education, currently serving in a senior secondary leadership role within the UAE. My career began in the classroom as a high school Mathematics teacher, an experience that continues to shape my leadership philosophy, "No students should be left behind," and keeps my focus grounded in teaching quality and student learning.

Over the years, I have progressed through roles including Head of Department, Assessment Coordinator, Vice Principal, and Head of School, leading American and IB-aligned programs within national education frameworks. My leadership strength lies in building sustainable systems that improve teaching and learning, rather than relying on short-term initiatives. I focus on creating clear structures for planning, assessment, coaching, and accountability that support long-term school improvement.

Since progress drives attainment. I have led whole school systems that translate assessment data such as MAP Growth, CAT4, PSAT, IBT, and AP results into practical classroom strategies, including goal-setting, differentiation, and targeted intervention. I am particularly passionate about helping teachers move from data awareness to data-to-instruction, ensuring that data use is meaningful and manageable.

I have extensive experience in empowering students-teacher bond, professional development and capacity-building, designing coaching cycles, PD sessions, and middle leadership development.
