Marjon Irani

Marjon Irani is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, and asset management. She is currently a Partner at Kaizenvest, a Singapore-headquartered private equity platform focused on education and human capital development, where she leads fundraising and investor relations across India, Southeast Asia, the GCC, and global markets.

Marjon previously served as Associate Director at Nuvama Asset Management and spent over seven years at Kaizenvest earlier in her career, playing a pivotal role in fundraising and investor management, including sourcing the lead investor for Kaizen Private Equity II during a challenging market cycle. Her investment banking experience with firms such as Waterfield Advisors, Centrum Capital, and Future Capital Holdings sharpened her expertise in capital raising, private equity placements, and M&A advisory across sectors.

She maintains strong relationships with institutional investors, fund of funds, family offices, and UHNIs globally, and is known for her tenacity, empathy, and ability to turn “no” into “yes.” An MBA in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, Marjon is a lifelong learner who is passionate about building meaningful relationships, solving complex capital challenges, and driving impact at the intersection of education and growth markets.
