Eng. Enas Allawi is a STEM educator, robotics engineer, and artificial intelligence specialist with over eight years of experience in educational technology, robotics, and innovation. She serves as a Senior STEM Robotics Engineer and AI Educator, leading the development of future-focused learning programs and preparing students for national and international competitions.
A certified robotics judge and educational innovator, Enas has coached award-winning teams in prestigious competitions, including the World Robot Olympiad (WRO), First Lego League (FLL), and international science and robotics festivals. Her expertise spans artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT, STEM education, project-based learning, and emerging technologies.
Passionate about empowering educators and students, she delivers workshops and training programs that promote innovation, creativity, and the effective integration of AI and technology in education.

Session Summary:
As emerging technologies continue to reshape the world, educators face a critical challenge: preparing students not only for today's careers but also for jobs and opportunities that do not yet exist. This presentation explores how the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), STEM education, robotics, and innovation-driven learning can equip students with the skills, mindset, and adaptability required for the future workforce. Drawing on real-world experiences from robotics competitions, STEM programs, and AI-powered learning initiatives, the session will present a practical framework for developing future-ready learners through project-based learning, computational thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
