AI for Inclusive Learning: Practical Digital Tools for Migrants, Youth and Emerging Markets
Session Summary:
This presentation shares practical experience from developing multilingual digital learning tools for migrants, refugees and underserved communities in Norway, with relevance for Saudi Arabia, Africa and other emerging markets. The session will show how simple technology, AI-supported learning, video-based communication and culturally adapted content can help people understand public services, education pathways, employment opportunities and their role in society. Drawing on work through Digna AS and the Somali Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, the presentation will focus on what works in practice: building trust, reducing language barriers, making information easier to understand, and designing learning tools for people who are often left outside traditional systems. The session will also explore how digital inclusion and AI can support human capital development, youth skills, future employment and diaspora engagement. The aim is to give participants practical ideas they can adapt in schools, vocational training, public institutions and community-based learning programmes.
