From Classroom to Conference: Building Leadership Capacity in Schools
Session Summary:
This session explores how schools can intentionally develop leadership capacity in both students and educators by transforming everyday classroom practices into platforms for confidence, voice, and influence. Drawing on real school-based experiences, international conferences, and student leadership programs, the session demonstrates how communication, public speaking, and authentic responsibility prepare learners and teachers to lead beyond the classroom. Participants will discover how to create meaningful connections between classroom learning and real-world leadership opportunities that extend far beyond school walls. Join this session to:
• Learn practical strategies to convert everyday teaching and learning activities into leadership development opportunities that build confidence, communication skills, and authentic voice in both students and educators
