Session Summary:
معظم عمليات إطلاق التكنولوجيا التعليمية لا تفشل بسبب الأداة. إنها تفشل لأنه لا أحد يتحمل مسؤولية ما يحدث بعد الإطلاق. في ورشة العمل العملية هذه، سيقوم قادة المدارس برسم خريطة لمؤسساتهم مقابل إطار قيادة رباعي الوظائف (المترجم، المستدام، الحاكم، المبشر) الذي يحدد بالضبط أين تتوقف مبادرات التكنولوجيا التعليمية بهدوء. بالاستناد إلى التصميم المؤسسي القائم على الاعتماد وخبرة القيادة البرامجية العملية عبر مدارس المملكة العربية السعودية من الروضة حتى الصف الثاني عشر، تتجاوز هذه الجلسة النظرية: يغادر المشاركون بـ "خريطة قيادة التكنولوجيا التعليمية" مكتملة وخاصة بالمدرسة يمكنهم إحضارها مباشرة إلى اجتماع القيادة التالي - لا حاجة لميزانية جديدة للبدء.

In this hands-on workshop, school leaders will map their institution against a four-function leadership framework (Translator, Sustainer, Governor, Evangelist) that identifies exactly where ed-tech initiatives quietly stall.
