Noor Eljaber

Noor El Jaber is an inclusion and clinical leader with over 15 years of experience across international school and clinical settings in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. A licensed Speech and Language Pathologist, her work focuses on creating inclusive environments where neurodivergent students and those with diverse communication, learning, sensory, and developmental needs can access education, participate meaningfully, and thrive.

She currently serves as Head of Clinicians at Beech Hall School Riyadh, leading a multidisciplinary team of Speech and Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. As a member of the Academic Leadership Team, she works closely with the Director of Inclusion and school leadership to strengthen inclusive provision and student support.

Noor is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and connecting specialist knowledge with everyday teaching. Her areas of interest include inclusive education, neurodiversity, language and learning, AAC and functional communication, sensory and emotional regulation, and understanding behavior within the wider context of a student’s individual needs. Through professional development and multidisciplinary collaboration, she supports educators in removing barriers to participation and creating learning environments where differences are understood, individual needs are supported, and every student can experience a genuine sense of belonging.
