Paul Cupido is a seasoned youth development professional with over 13 years of experience working across diverse educational settings in multiple countries. His career began as a facilitator and evolved through a range of roles focused on student growth, experiential learning, and character development.
Originally from South Africa and now based in the Middle East, Paul brings a global perspective to his work, supporting schools in creating meaningful, student-centered experiences. He is passionate about helping young people develop essential life skills, discover new perspectives, and realize their potential in dynamic, supportive environments.
Paul has completed more than 2,000 hours of training in behavioural psychology, which deeply informs his approach to student engagement and relationship building. His work is guided by the belief that understanding a student’s individual needs is key to unlocking their growth, confidence, and achievement.
He is a firm advocate for creating environments where every young person has the opportunity to succeed before their capabilities are assessed—an approach that continues to resonate strongly with educators and school leaders alike.
