Edtech Professor and Expert

Prof.Tahani Aldosemani is an expert in learning and development, educational technology (EdTech), and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Cultural Higher Education Programs at the Ministry of Culture. She previously worked as Program Director for Skills and Lifelong Learning at the Education & Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), leading HCDP-Vision 2030 initiatives for future skills planning and development. Dr. Aldosemani has held pivotal roles, such as Senior Advisor to the Minister of Education, where she spearheaded e-learning initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has authored and contributed to numerous publications and conferences in educational technology. As Co-Chair of the G20 Education Working Group 2020, she advanced policies on digital skills and technology integration. Dr. Aldosemani holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and has received over 15 national and international awards for her leadership in digital transformation and policy innovation.
