تتناول هذه الجلسة تحدياً مستمراً في القيادة التعليمية: تحويل مبادرات الابتكار المعزولة إلى ممارسات تعلم رقمي مستدامة على مستوى النظام بأكمله. تحتفل العديد من المدارس بمشاريع مبتكرة تظل محصورة في فصول دراسية فردية، بينما تصبح الأدوات الرقمية روتينية دون تكامل تربوي ذي معنى. تقدم هذه الجلسة إطار عمل استراتيجي لتضمين التعلم الرقمي ضمن أولويات التدريس والتعلم الأساسية، وبناء القدرات التنظيمية من خلال نماذج التدريب المنظمة، وإنشاء دورات تكرار قائمة على الأدلة تضمن تأثيراً دائماً. سيتمكن المشاركون من:
• تقييم نماذج التوافق الاستراتيجي التي تدمج مبادرات التعلم الرقمي مع أولويات التدريس والتعلم المؤسسية، مما يضمن انتقال الابتكار من التنفيذ المعزول إلى التبني المنهجي
• تصميم أطر بناء القدرات التي تتضمن هياكل التدريب وتطوير الروتين التي تبني ثقة الموظفين وكفاءتهم في ممارسات التربية الرقمية المستدامة
• تحليل عمليات التكرار القائمة على الأدلة التي تستخدم البيانات وملاحظات أصحاب المصلحة لتحسين أساليب التعلم الرقمي، وإنشاء دورات تحسين مستمر تحافظ على الزخم وتظهر تأثيراً قابلاً للقياس
