Dr. Seema Nasser is an and assistant professor of critical care nursing and medical education leader and academic quality expert with extensive experience in curriculum development, accreditation review, and faculty development within health professions education. Her work focuses on aligning educational programs with international accreditation standards while responding to the evolving demands of healthcare systems and workforce readiness. Her scholarly work, explores interprofessional education, virtual gamification in learning, and career pathway development for nursing, with particular attention to preparing a future-ready healthcare workforce.
Dr. Nasser has played a key role in academic accreditation reviews and quality assurance processes, supporting institutions in curriculum alignment, assessment reform, and outcomes-based education. She has a particular interest in the integration of innovation and emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance learning design, evaluation, and institutional effectiveness.
