Siham Kibbi

With over 14 years of experience in education and leadership development, Siham Kibbi is committed to expanding access to innovative learning opportunities. As an Online Program Recruiter at the American University of Beirut (AUB), she guides prospective students through the enrollment process for online graduate programs, ensuring they receive the support needed to advance their careers. Siham is also a key advocate for Teach for the Future, a transformative program designed to equip educators with skills in AI leadership, psychology, climate change, social media, and personalized learning. She is passionate about bridging the gap between education and emerging technologies to ensure that teachers are prepared for the classrooms of tomorrow. Previously, she played a key role in designing leadership-focused extracurricular initiatives that empower university students beyond the classroom to upscale their character-building skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Lebanese American University (LAU), equipping her with expertise in strategic planning, student engagement, and academic program development. At GESS Riyadh, Siham will share her expertise in online education, teacher upskilling, and the role of digital learning in shaping the future of education.
